"The hotel was fine, especially considering the price point. There was a strange kind of sewage smell in the stairway leading up to the rooms that was unpleasant. The breakfast was your basic cold continental breakfast. The rooms were tidy but very basic, no separate conditioner or shampoo just the 2 in one body wash/Shampoo. Bed was comfy, great location also, very close to the Princes Palace."

"It was actually easy to locate. It is within Grand Arenas plaza. Walkable distance from the tram stop. A 5 minute tram ride from both airport terminals. Will stay at this location on another trip to Nice. Very conviniently located. I also like the kitchenette within the rooms. Very clean spaces, with all necessary amenities. Convenience stores, cafes and mini restaurants just walking distances within arenas plaza. "

"Hotel is just a few minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Parking is available on the property. Friendly and helpful owners who upgraded us from a room with 2 beds to a superior room with 3 beds at no additional cost. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. "Beautiful location, old school charm. Quiet hotel, but outside can be loud if you have windows open. Hotel cannot control that, it is part of the price of being on the main coastal street.
