"Lovely hotel with nice friendly staff and good room facilities. Only criticisms are that the bathroom needs a deep enough shelf to lay your toiletries out on and for a woman trying to do her hair and makeup there is nowhere to lay items which was frustrating. Also the position of the clothes rail means that when clothes and jackets are hanging they are caught in the bedroom door opening and closing which is a poor design element and the door should have been hung on the opposing orientation....

"A bit smaller than expected, but all’s good. Very clean and the shower was excellent. Friendly staff, who promptly helped me out when housekeeping forgot to replenish my towels. A few steps away to a mini Carrefour (for getting fruits — fibres!!) and a bakery where I got all my cannelé fixes. ~10min walk downhill to Fairmont Monte Carlo. ~10min walk to the Monte Carlo train station. Close to the casino and lots of restaurants. Overall an excellent stay!"

"The hotel was fine, especially considering the price point. There was a strange kind of sewage smell in the stairway leading up to the rooms that was unpleasant. The breakfast was your basic cold continental breakfast. The rooms were tidy but very basic, no separate conditioner or shampoo just the 2 in one body wash/Shampoo. Bed was comfy, great location also, very close to the Princes Palace."
