It is a nice property with great location near everything for shopping. Old Quebec is not far nor is center videotron. The only thing is ceontinental breakfast is not included in this price point. You have to pay extra. The breakfast area is also very small and not very inviting to ones wanting to participate on a busy day. However this is a very small minor inconvenience for all the plus you get for your money. Comfortable beds and super quiet rooms in a central location.

Newer building, lobby is welcoming and beautiful. Convenient for EV drivers, as there’s 4 charging stations (Flo). Check in went well, until we got to our room. Toilet was clogged with toilet paper and fecal matter when we entered our room. Tried to call front desk, didn’t work so I had to go downstairs. They didn’t seem to believe me when I told them it was already like that, because “how could the cleaning staff miss that”. Took them 15 minutes to come unclog it. While waiting I looked around the room and realized it was pretty dirty. Toothpaste spot on the counter, big spot on the bathtub, one of the bed headboard was dirty and there was a lot of hair in the beds. Since the beds were well made, I honestly think cleaning staff only did them back, using the same blankets as previous occupants. For a 250$ room, we were extremely disappointed of the cleanliness. It was our first and last time at this location.

I’d like to share some thoughts about the hotel I stayed at recently. First of all, the hotel’s location was quite central and convenient for transportation. However, I believe there are several areas that need improvement. The room cleanliness could have been better. Upon entering, I noticed a general lack of thorough cleaning. Additionally, the ventilation in the bathroom and toilet was not functioning, which negatively impacted comfort. The lighting was insufficient, making the room feel a bit darker than expected. Some of the bedside lamps were not working, which made it difficult to read in the evenings. I think the minibar should at least have basic beverages like water, but unfortunately, it was completely empty. In today’s world, having a television that can connect to the internet is almost essential. It’s rare to find a TV without internet access nowadays, so I recommend the hotel upgrade this technology. In conclusion, while the hotel has a great location, there are some fundamental issues with the room and amenities that need addressing. I hope they make improvements in these areas in the future.
