Queensland Raceway Tours and Activities

I contacted the property immediately after booking, and then again shortly before our stay to confirm the view we would have from the balcony suite we booked. The information we were provided and upon which we planned our stay was incorrect. When we spoke to reception to have the matter addressed, they gave us a card to view an alternative room to determine if it was more suited. When we entered the room, there were other guests in the room which was a shock to us and to them. Very disappointed. They said because we had booked through a third party, there was nothing they could do.

Great stay. The accommodation is a little dated but comfortable. Great view of river. Area was excellent for great in walking distance.
