"We enjoyed our stay at the Elk House and would come back again. It’s a great house and such a peaceful area. We didn’t see any elk, sadly, but enjoyed spending mornings and evenings on the porch. The WiFi worked great, and we were able to stream on the TV. The house is in a great area - easy drives to Lake Quinault, hiking, and more! The “grocery stores” near by are small so if you’re coming from a larger area it may be worth bringing groceries with you. A few things to note for future guests -...

"It has a wonderful ocean view. It was a little older but still very cozy. It had easy access to the ocean. The loft had some narrow stairs to go up and down, so need to be careful. The deck on the back was very nice to sit and watch the ocean waves. "

"The house is nicely furnished and in great condition. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. We chose this house because it is one of the few houses in Seabrook that has a direct ocean view which my wife and I really enjoyed. Our teenage grandsons liked having their private room and adjacent tv/game room in the basement with a pinball machine and foosball table. We paid a lot extra for the view but what we will all talk about and remember is how much fun we all had playing foosball!"

"There was only 2 dishwasher soap packages. We needed to do one load after lunch and another after dinner. We were told to basically buy our own, overall that felt cheap. When we arrived the garbage disposal did not work, sink would backup. Called Vacasa, the agent did not have any suggestions, she called someone else and turned in a ticket to have someone come out. Later received a text on how to reset it, tried it how to reset, no luck. Then sink started to back fill, rettired rest and it...

"This house has everything you need for your ocean getaway."

"It was a great place. Provided an outdoor area for cleaning clams but lighting could have been better. The outdoor lite didnt stay on and wasnt positioned right. Would have been nice if they had a dry space for the firewood to stay dry. Couldnt have a fire because of wet wood."
