"The location of this property was amazing and allowed us to enjoy so many parts of the city. Wonderful restaurants, cafes, along with the park were all in walking distance. The duplex was spotless, had beautiful city views, comfortable beds in addition to great amenities like a balcony, a 16th floor gym/terrace and underground parking. Yamile was the perfect host and went over and above to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Clean! Modern! Safe! City Fun!"

Pero un día después de irme el anfitrión me dijo que quería tener cosas conmigo, dos dias antes había tenido relaciones con el del cuarto de la par y ahora resulta que me está acusando de robarle dinero, que le robe dinero de su billetera y entre a su cuarto. "Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"The location is very good. However, the owner's response to problems with TV and internet speed was not great. The internet speed was extremely slow and never got it resolved after multiple complaints. Of course, can't stream TV with very slow internet. Had to go across the street to send emails and/or get some work done. Owner basically left it to me to communicate with service provider. I will not stay there again, much better options elsewhere !"
