"I don't normally leave reviews, but can't let this pass. Poor up keep was apparent from the ill fitting curtains and power socket. But really appalling was the lack of hygiene. I found little fly-like bugs in both single beds. Not wanting company for the night I checked out early. I have tried reaching out to the hotel via telephone, email, and hotels.com chat but yet to hear back from them. Perhaps I shouldn’t be surprised about their lack of customer support. "
