"I would go back to Rabat just to go back to this hotel. Everyone there (managers, front desk ppl, valet) are incredibly kind and nice. The vibe of the hotel is so posh and luxury without being overstated. The bar is beautiful, and the hookah is delicious, and the rooms are immaculate. We truly loved our experience here! "

"We arrived to the property at 2:30, with a 3:00 check-in. Our room was not ready, which we expected, so we went out for half an hour. When we return a little after 3pm they said our room would not be ready for another 40 minutes or more. We were tired and really wanted to freshen up. The staff were unapologetic (an apology and making the customer feel like they are the priority goes a long way) and made us almost feel like we were imposing expecting the room to be ready on time. "They do have good service, staff who can speak different languages but the room upgrade we had was very disappointing. It needs to be renovated. They need to lower the air fragrance , it is too strong, it causes head. They charge too much for a bottle of water over $8. I had chicken couscous from room service and that was $62. "

"it was quite basic as expected but the room was not properly cleaned, the bin was not emptied and I had to go to reception twice to get Tissue papers, a Floor mat, a Towel and Soap the room attendance didn't drop any before I checked in. The breakfast was OK. The receptionist was friendly. The lift gives this initial and final bump."

"It was a good stay for the price I have paid. Thanks to Kensa for letting us check out late. Just few things could’ve been better. Hangers in the wardrobe. Kitchen could have have been a bit more equipped. But overall it was an amazing stay. Will recommend to others."
