"Two blocks from Gare Rabat, it’s an above average budget hotel that met all my needs. Semi Japanese style toilet (that sprayed a bit out of control) was a plus. Bathroom was a bit rickety, but still above average for Morocco. "

"The riad décor is beautiful as all raids are. The location is great right in the edge of the medina. The shower in my room was broken so it could not stay up on the holder and the hose had leaks so water sprayed everywhere and the door didn't shut so water got all over the bathroom floor every time I showered. "Everything good about the hotel. Good staff, clean, good breakfast. Only problem. No a/c. When opened the windows for cool air, very noisy from the street. Could not sleep good. Cool air circulation in the room could have made the stay very comfortable."

"The staff was very nice and welcoming. The property well located close to train station. However, the room was tiny and a bit old, with many stains on the carpet and the bathroom. The bathroom door was not closing properly, the shower walls needed to be cleanse throughly. "The Riad El Maati is traditional and yet modern and functional inside the room. It’s an easy 20 min walk from the train station. It has electrical outlets in the right places, plenty of wardrobe shelves, and built-in wall heaters. The terrace deck is stunning too. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating, such as for extra blanket. Flexibility with breakfast schedule on departure day. A few improvements could be a bath mat as the shower has no doors on 2 sides so the surrounding floor will...
