"We were staying at the Asheville GLO when Hurricane Helene hit. We lost electricity and water. Although I think the hotel should review and improve its preparation procedures (e.g. no lighting in stairways and no support for the front desk), I thought everyone made the best of the situation. In particular, we commend Thea who worked multiple shifts and managed as well as possible."

"This was a very relaxing stay, especially with the spa available nearby. We stayed five days and had wine nights on the patio with our friends and looked forward to using the hot tub, steam room and pools. I could easily walk from our room to the outdoor pool area and enjoyed sitting in the shade on a lounge chair by the water. Would love to do it all over again. "

"A huge grocery store was just a short walk from the hotel. An outlet mall was across the street and gas stations nearby. A list of dining, activities and places of interest was given at check in. A large map of the Asheville area was mine for the taking. As a female Senior citizen traveling alone during Hurricane Helene I was so happy to be staying there. I have no complaints."

"We had a quick 1 night stay here before going to the Biltmore. It was clean and location was great allowing us to easily walk downtown and enjoy the entertainment on a Friday night.
