"Charming industrial style hotel in the middle of downtown Asheville. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Downstairs offered a bar and entertainment such as a bowling lane, arcade style games, and shuffle board table (legs were broken so it was uneven and difficult to play). 2 star rating for cleanliness of the downstairs bar area. Bartender was rude, difficult to get service, and tables were never cleared. We had to clear 15 glasses from a table ourselves."

"Don't pass up this hotel! Even though it's not in the heart of downtown, it's close enough to walk everywhere. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Some small things need attention though - the in-room coffee is the worst I've ever had. The towels are the opposite of soft and fluffy. The gym hasn't been re-stocked for towels or wipes in likely forever. If you just need a nice hotel with a great room, this is the hotel for you."
