"Our first room was very dusty when we arrived, there was hair on the floor, the window would not lock and our TV did not work. When we called the front desk they placed us in a different room which was much cleaner and nicer. They were accommodating and friendly throughout the process. Lovely resort and staff."

"We stay at a lot of properties each year. You can tell from the minute you pull into the parking lot that the owners and staff take great pride in this location. Everything is clean, the landscaping is kept up, etc. From the fresh cut fruit in the mornings, to the friendly staff greeting you, there is just a great vibe to this property. "The facility was nice but the breakfast wasn't that impressive. Oatmeal was add hot water to a package. There was no waffle maker for hot, fresh waffles. Eggs were just lukewarm and sometimes even cold. They really dropped the ball on the breakfast side of things."

"Nice property in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short drive to Safeway and other convenience stores. The apartment was clean, very comfortable beds, nice en-suite bathroom fir the master-bedroom. There were a few things not available but the communication with agent was good. The pool seemed closed ( January month) or anyway we didn’t see nor asked for instructions on accessing the pool. We’ll go there again. "

"Staff is very friendly and professional. We arrived very late our first night, and the sheets on one of the beds had stains on it. We notified the front desk in the morning and they we very apologetic and changed the sheets. However, I asked that there be some sort of compensation, as it was quite unpleasant. I never did get an answer, was just told the manager would be notified. So that was a bit frustrating. "

"Well we booked the miles motel for five nights and they sent us over to silver Creek apartments which turned out to be bigger place then what we booked, way quieter and more relaxing then our original booking we loved it here and enjoy our stay , great service and they we even great to my service dog too. "All hotels should have a bible in their rooms. This one did not. Point for choice rewards did not count even though it is advertised. Clean room. Better management is needed as I had concerns and I was not able to extend my time. I felt discouraged and disappointed when they would not extend my room rental. I was a great guest. I even took my own trash out. "
