"Out check in and concierge service was outstanding!! Thank you Juliana,Luca, Paola for incredible welcome and comfort for our trip- above and beyond our expectations. The hotel location is great! Included breakfast was good. The facilities are a bit small as expected in Europe but the shower was large but also splashed all over the floor so we used a large towel to try to keep it from flooding the bath floor. Slippers are provided which helped for comfort. "
