"Great little apartment with everything i needed (with supermarket within walking distance) Liked that i could walk into town but also had option of bus from just outside. Area felt safe and was quiet. Reception unmanned at property but team were availble and responsive over WhatsApp 24/7. Would happily return and recommend numa apartments."

"We had an amazing time staying at the water tower for two nights! Such a quaint quiet neighborhood. The location was great for us to venture to Belgium one day and up to Cologne on the second. So many details to list - fresh eggs from the chickens who live on the property, a stunning garden and the most pleasant hosts."

"Stayed in the Juliet room. The place is okay. Penny grocery store just down the street was nice. But the kitchen is kinda gross and smelly. The bathroom is fairly clean. The bed is worn out from having a single person sleep on it so you both roll into the middle which sucks. Friendly host. It's passable but I wouldn't recommend to my friends. "

"We enjoyed our stay there. Was convenient to shops/restaurants and public transport. Clean and had everything we needed. Like other apartment locations, you can occasionally hear other residents opening/closing doors and talking, sometimes during the night, but we generally slept well - one of us on sofa and the other up in the loft. Internet was mostly reliable. Would stay there again.."

"This is an excellent VRBO. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is well stocked with everything one would need. The kitchen has a fancy coffee maker and plenty of plates and utensils. It even has a dishwasher. The bed is comfy. The apartment is outside the city center, but close to an s-bahn stop. The Cologne transit system is easy to navigate and quickly reach any spot in the city. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Für unsere Gruppe (8 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und 2 Hunde) war die Pension Greuel genau passend. Groß genug, damit sich alle verteilen oder auch gemeinsam am Tisch sitzen konnten. Schöne Wanderungen sind von hier aus machbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter gestaltete sich unkompliziert und sehr nett. Es war ein schöner Pfingsturlaub."

"Nach einigen Suchen fanden wir das Quartier in Kallmuth. Das Erreichen der oberen Stockwerke war eine Zumutung und für Hunde unerreichbar. Treppe eng und kein Geländer. Hund tragen unmöglich. "First stay at this hotel and was lovely. Very central location for the city, we visited for the xmas markets and for us we were able to walk to all of them, 2 were just a couple of mins walk away. Also by taking the exit from the rear of the hotel it took you out to the promenade where you could walk along the Rhine. Rooms were lovely, not modern but classic. Shower was great. Only used 1 of the restaurants inside which was nice, also used just for drinks too. Only regret was we didnt get to use the pool as we ran out of time. Would 100% use this hotel again."

Trendy, modern hotel in great location

"This hotel was in a great location close to the train station and one of the Christmas Markets, which was the purpose of our trip. It's also just a few doors down from a supermarket. Hotel was clean, breakfast (not included) was great, and lobby was spacious (hubby hung out here while waiting for me to wake up). Also had plenty of outdoor space, especially for a city hotel. Make sure to take in the view from the roof top deck! A few "negatives" had to do with the actual room. Our room was a little on the small size, even though we paid for an Extra Space room. Didn't like that there were only outlets and a nightstand on one side of the bed. I had to plug my electronics in on the desk which was across the room. Also, not a lot of places to put your stuff. There is a weird "closet" space with some shelves but not enough for 2 of us. I ended up clearing the desk off and putting my things there. Bathroom was fine although a little on the small side. The way the shower is the floor does get a little wet but we've stayed in hotels where that is much worse. Overall we were happy with the value and would stay again."
