The hotel is peaceful and we enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed as the rooms are in need of updating but after settling in we didn’t see it as bad. It was always cleaned just slightly old and the tv and wifi are not to good but everything else was great staff and food very good

Just by one of the best beaches
Good value for money, great pool, good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. Easy walking distance to the beach with good snorkeling by the rocks either side. Also plenty of beach restaurants nearby. Bedroom was comfortable and spacious, the mattress was hard but we slept very well.

Okay hotel in a lovely rea
A decent 3 star hotel. The room was small but clean. The WiFi was sporadic and the tv reception was poor. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The chalet rooms are situated in a well maintained grounds where there is a good sized pool. The location is close to a lovely beach and is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday, as the resort has only a handful of shops and restaurants. Location will be what brings me back to Allseasons
The bad: I couldn't do any of my anticipated work due to non existent Wifi in room and at lobby kept dropping out, stopped reporting it as realised they were just going to keep saying it's being worked on. Description said WiFi hence me booking here. Breakfast is ok, alot of flies and cold food (that should be hot but went cold). Went out for a day trip to Patong, upon return housekeeping had left our room door open for approx 6-7 hours as they were cleaning when we leftso I know how long was left open for. The good: sensational location, cannot fault location, free shuttle bus to Patong, Phuket Town etc. Breakfast has plenty of options as long as you don't mind it gone cold. Coffee machine as well as coffee pot. Cold air con. Wonderful big pool. All in all for the location alone, I'd stay again.

Location is perfect, just across from our favourite beach at Nai Harn. All though the hotel is dated it is reflective on the price. We enjoyed a 10 day stay and would return on our next trip. Good breakfast included, clean rooms and friendly staff. Yes the hotel is dated but fir the price we paid we are totally happy. See you next time.

Once is enough!
Hotel location is excellent with the beach just across. It is less touristy and more quieter and serene as compared to Kata or Patong. There are small cafes and restaurants providing Thai food around the area. The rooms are chalet style at different levels with a large pool in the centre. The hotel is dated with cockroach infestation where ever you look. I saw cockroaches crawling by the pool, in the bathroom from the drain at night and also by the bedside table in the room. The room overall is spacious with dark wooden furniture where the roaches resided. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows were provided. There was a safe and wardrobes. The hotel area was a welcome abode for all the stray dogs and cats and had to be careful when walking in the dimly lit premises as I nearly fell over a sleeping dog and hurt myself badly. The hotel restaurant had cats scrapping for food especially when we went for our evening dinner and also saw during breakfast. You can hear stray dog barking outside the room at night and the front door is tatty and had big gaps on the side and the bottom, so used a towel to block any creepy crawlies at night. On the plus side you get 15 minutes free massage daily which I used twice. The lady is very friendly and welcoming. The view from the top level of the chalet like rooms is fantastic and there are a lot of plants around. The breakfast spread was not too bad and the beach was soft, beautiful and clean with a bit of waves.

We liked everything about this property. Location opposite beach & close to several local cafes & small shops is great. Rooms are spacious & quiet and set amongst tropical gardens. Nice pool area. All staff were friendly , always greeting you with a smile. Room was cleaned very thoroughly every day. Buffet breakfast had a good choice and was plentiful.

Not what you think
Rooms are dated, painted worn furniture, too far from beach, deceptive. Resort is bland, except for small pool in a park setting away from main pool. Main pool has strong jet from dolphin sculpture mouth that is excellent for massage. Water in both pools is warm and luxurious. Zero air conditioning in lobby, dining, public areas. Completely unacceptable. Room service was very good. Relaxing outside possible due to gorgeous landscaping only if you can stand the heat. Service excellent but they can't call you a local cab, just one to airport for 1200 baht and ATM is up the hill at the temple. They won't shuttle you there.

The staff was amazing. The room was spotless. The bed was quite hard. Too hard. They did try though, by putting a soft blanket under the fitted sheet but, no. I went for a massage at the spa. It was the worst massage I’ve ever had. She literally just put oil on me. No pressure. No technique. And charged triple the price of excellent massages just a 2minute walk from hotel. I was expecting better - it is Thailand. The pool was delicious. I had room 139. You could see the water if you sit in the balcony. Gardens are looked after -flowers and butterflies all over. It’s a good 1.5 hrs from airport. While I was there, the water was quite calm you could just float. The beach is very clean, as is the water. Wide, level beach. Great for kids.

Super location, mediocre hotel
The good super location across from an amazing beach. The bad: uncomfortable bed, air conditioning no cooler than 26C after 2 days complaints still didnt work. Only after leaving a poor review at hotel chain did they offer to change rooms at 8pm on our last night! Front desk not helpful, polite but no help. The smaller pool, with the jacuzzi didnt work. Not enough beds around pool for guests. This hotel is vastly overpriced for the facilities supplied. But again the location is excellent, there are better values to be had in Naiharn , would not repeat.

Great stay in Naiharn
Great stay. The All Seasons resort is perfectly comfortable and located right on the beach front of Naiharn. Our rooms were spacious and cool and clean, very nice space to rest and get ready in. There is a hair dryer which is acceptable, a safe, beach bag and beach towels, tea and coffee, TV, lots of power points. We had a couple of problems whilst we were there such as the aircon in my friends room stopped working, and the water stopped for about 12 hours. The hotel were very apologetic and fortunately we had a room each so could keep cool in mine, the water proved a little problematic however as we didn't want to go out for the evening until we had showered and got ready. The hotel is very clean and the staff are accommodating but I would point out that it is not 24 hours - everything stops at 10:30pm at the hotel so after this you need to be self sufficient. The best thing about the All Seasons beyond it's cleanliness and the comfort of it's rooms is the location. You are 30 seconds from the sea, so we would go down to watch the sun set most nights. This is the best ambient time. There are around 20 restaurants to choose from in Naiharn but I would highly recommend Hansha, the sushi bar at The Nai Harn, freshly imported from Japan, and Rock Salt. The cocktail bar Reflections is also beautiful. This is a great little town, quiet and remote, offering total switch off if that's what you are looking for. It is not overly touristic or busy, head to Patong or Kata for this.

Lovely stay at All Seasons Naiharn
Great stay. The hotel is a little dated however we had moved from a small boutique resort the other side of the bay for the second half of our trip, so we could feel the lack of personality more-so due to this, it certainly has a chain feel, however the All Seasons resort is perfectly comfortable and located right on the beach front of Naiharn. The hotel rooms are all one level which is great because you have privacy and quiet at night time. The main pool is very nice, we were able to get sun loungers every time we went out, and there is pool side service. The breakfast was fine but nothing special. The hotel does not have a great deal of ambience beyond the pool so if this is what you are looking for, you would need to look outside such as one of the bars or restaurants at The Nai Harn or Unni's. It is not a 24-hour resort and the room doesn't have a mini bar but a fridge for you to fill so you should make sure you stock up on whatever you need. The hotel provides 2 bottles of water a day which we used for brushing teeth etc. but for drinking water such as evian, soft drinks, beers etc. you would need to purchase and bring back yourself as the hotel stops service at 10:30pm of everything. The rooms are large and clean, showers have good water pressure, the hotel provides you with a beach bag and beach towels for your stay, the aircon is powerful, hair dryer acceptable. You are entitled to a free 15 minute massage at the spa daily!
