O flat fica numa área bem localizada, próxima de mercado, farmácia, ponto de ônibus e tudo q vc precisar. O prédio é muito tranquilo e seguro. Fui muito bem recebida e o Romero sempre disponível para tirar qualquer dúvida. Muito obrigada por tudo!

Adoramos a experiência. O apartamento tem todos os eletrodomésticos básicos necessários. O local é bem tranquilo. De carro, em no máximo 20 minutos chega-se no centro histórico de Olinda. Sentimos falta apenas de um ventilador na sala de estar.

Beautifull apartment in the center of Recife.
It was a small search for the place after our flight from Brussels to Recife, in the dark, with our rental car in the chaotic traffic of Recife... But once we've found the place it was all nice and relax. Friendly receptionist and very clean and well organized apartment and building. Inside the apartment it was al clean and well decorated, extra nice was that our family in Brazil already put some food and drinks in the fridge... very much welcome! What is sure for us, if we need a place to stay in Recife, we will definitely return to this apartment. Thanks for the great vacation we had here!! Patrick, Hellen and Gabriel. One small remark, the stairs of the swimming pool are broken, this needs a repair because it can be a danger for the children who use it.

Apartamento conforme descrito, tem uma boa localização, numa rua bem movimentada, porém tranquila, onde pessoas transitam a noite. Perto de supermercados, padarias, farmácias, etc, a proprietária é atenciosa, o apartamento atendeu muito bem a nossa necessidade, super indico!

Apto aconchegante e muito bem localizado
O apartamento da Srta. Sheila é excelente e atendeu as nossas expectativas. Tudo de acordo com a descrição do site. O apartamento é novo, bem decorado e com toda a estrutura necessária para a hospedagem. Os dois banheiros fazem diferença caso dois casais se hospedem. A cozinha possui os equipamentos e utensílios necessários para cozinhar. Caso o hóspede queira ficar no apartamento, há opção de TV por assinatura e wi-fi. Como possuíamos carro alugado, ficou fácil ir aos locais de nosso interesse, pois o apartamento está muito bem localizado. Em frente há uma padaria do grupo pão de açúcar e há 4 minutos (a pé) há um supermercado Extra e uma Lojas Americanas. Recomendo!

Apartamento em excelente localização e estado de conservação. Tanto o proprietário quanto a pessoa responsável pela limpeza foram super atenciosos e solícitos. Excelente escolha
Local muito confortável, em um bairro onde encontra-se tudo (bares, restaurantes, mercados, bancos, farmácias, galerias...) sem precisar de veículo, exceto praia, próximo do centro da cidade, com uma estrutura excelente e que o locador presta toda a assistência necessária para o seu bem estar, fui muito bem recebido, conta também com a simpatia e a boa vontade dos funcionários do condomínio.....Eu recomendo, você não pode deixar de se hospedar nesse excepcional apartamento, no qual cumpre fielmente todas as ofertas descritas. O imóvel atendeu plenamente às nossas necessidades. Ficamos por um mês, em razão de uma reforma em nosso imóvel. Apartamento bem ventilado, com todos os utensílios necessários, prédio estilo flat, muito bem localizado, num bairro residencial com 1 frutaria, 1 loja do pão de açúcar minuto, uma das melhores pizzarias do recife exatamente em frente ao imóvel e 1 farmácia a poucos metros. Comunicação perfeita com o Sr. Romero. Recomendadíssimo.

Great apartment in a neat part of Recife.
The apartment is wonderful - spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood of Espinhiero was very nice, and all amenities needed are withing walking distance. The pool was very nice! The owners, Romero and Sheila, were easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Ótimo apartamento
Ficamos nesse apartamento eu e minha namorada no período do reveillon. O proprietário foi muito simpático e o apartamento é um showzinho. Claro, arejado e com um espaço bem arrumado foi uma maravilhosa estadia. A localização é muito boa também, com diversos tipos de comércio e condução. Além de estar em frente a melhor pizzaria de Recife, Tomaselli. Certamente alugaria novamente.

O apartamento é lindo, super bem decorado, super aconchegante e super bem localizado!!!! Tem tudo o que a gente precisa, mercado perto, parada em frente ao prédio e os funcionários do prédio são ótimos e super educados e os vizinhos de apartamento também são umas gracinhas!!! Os proprietários foram muito receptivos e atenciosos desde o início e nos deram várias dicas da cidade, do carnaval, de locomoção e tudo mais. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, tornando fácil e barata a locomoção para todos os cantos (olinda, recife antido, boa viagem etc.). O lugar é super aconchegante, além de ter uma decoração linda e podermos utilizar a piscina do prédio. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos proprietários, que ainda nos deram várias dicas para nossa estadia. Pretendo voltar para o carnaval ano que vem, e se o imóvel estiver disponível, tentarei alugá-lo novamente com certeza!

CONFORTO E ATENÇÃO!!!!
Chegamos em Recife para o casamento de um primo meu em 24/11/2011 e ficamos ate 27/11/2011. Ficamos hospedado neste apto e adoramos. O bairro é muito bem localizado, o prédio é seguro e os funcionários gentis. Os proprietários e a sogra dele foram hiper atenciosos, simpáticos nos deram dicas do bairro e cumpriram com todos os acertos e que fizemos. Recomendo a todos e espero sinceramente que da próxima vez que voltar em Recife tenha disponibilidade para alugá-lo novamente, recomendo com certeza!!!! Ats Alice Falconery

Apartamento e bairro surpreendentes
Ficamos hospedadas durante uma semana no apartamento e tivemos uma ótima experiência. O apartamento é muito organizado, com tudo novo. Para quatro pessoas tínhamos dois quartos e dois banheiro confortáveis (o que facilitou a nossa organização diária). O condomínio é muito seguro, com portaria 24 horas e vizinhos bastante silenciosos. Não conhecíamos o bairro antes, mas é um bairro residencial bastante tranquilo, com muitas árvores e com tudo muito perto (tem um supermercado 24 horas bem próximo ao apartamento). O proprietário foi bastante atencioso com a gente, todas as combinações que realizamos foram realizadas e não tivemos nenhum problema na nossa estada. Esperamos poder retornar novamente e recomendamos a todos que tenham interesse em ficar em Recife.

Estivemos por 1 mês e meio e adoramos a estadia! Apartamento aconchegante, espaçoso, e em um Bairro ótimo, com tudo perto: restaurantes, farmácias, supermercados... Adoramos, e os proprietários estão de parabéns pela educação e atenção! Ficaríamos com certeza quanto tempo fosse necessário!!
