Easy access to bus station to airport which is why I booked it.

Great amenities, great location, great security and close to everything we needed. Very impressed and would love to stay there again.

Kids loved the pool area, there was a gym and free fruit.

The property is easy to get to and has good public transport nearby. There’s also a taxi rank at the hospital across the road. The apartment is lovely. They had put out plenty of coffee sachets, teabags and sugar. They’d even put a little container of milk in the fridge. I arrived late at night so was really grateful for that. There were also some toiletries and tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. The bed was really comfortable. The apartment is very secure. Before my stay I did find it very difficult to get a response from the accommodation. I was arriving late at night and knew that there would be no-one there at that time to let me in. I had to message several times before I got a response which caused me some anxiety. I also had some queries about payment that never got answered. Overall I would recommend the apartments. I booked for 3 people, expecting a sofa bed as the extra bed. There wasn't a sofa bed & the sofa wasn't large enough to be slept on. We asked reception and was told that's it no extra sheets, towels or blankets. The apartment was tired and the window wouldn't shut, there wasn't an iron but one was provided when we asked. The surrounding area is not nice and it felt unsafe. Communication was lacking, I had to email a number of times without a response. During check in I was unable to access the building, luckily someone was entering and let me in. Once we had checked in we were provided a fob for entering the building. Parking was good! U get what U pay for....
