Redfern-Keily Provincial Park Tours and Activities

The staff and service were great and so were the amenities. The staff from front desk to room service was amazing! I was disappointed by the room. It may have been one of the last rooms that wasn’t sold out in the category but it was also very unlike the pictures and expectations. We stayed in room 509, and it didn’t have extra seating (one chair is expected), it didn’t have a double vanity. Our toilet was uncomfortable because it had bars on both sides and our shower didn’t have a door. The views were abysmal since were on the 5th floor and facing offices. Cherry on the top was this constant thunking noise which was there all night and made it hard to sleep. The hotel itself is very nice and I am sure other rooms are amazing but I felt we got the worst end of the deal for reasons listed above.

Great service staff were helpful always a smile on entering the lobby. Great location clean and even still have turn down service. If staying downtown worth looking at booking.
