"Checked in early and was able to leave a bag even though the room wasn’t ready. They called me as soon as the room was ready. The rooms are spacious and I love the large floor to ceiling windows. Location is so convenient to city, restaurants and walking. "

"This is my fourth trip to gold coast but first time I stayed at Qstay property. I stayed there for four nights with 3 people. Cheap thing is they have supplied only one toilet roll, no direction for parking and parking is complicated. Toilet door handle was broken. You can turn on either lounge aircon or bedroom. We can’t turn on both together. "

"Really great apartments. Great size kitchen. Comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet for being in such a busy area."

"The view from our balcony was awesome. We were on the 44th floor, hardly any street noise, at all. It was actually a small apartment, plenty of room, and, the beds were really comfortable. The only downside, was the key p/up, drop off. Walking to a small hole in the wall( box) to get/ drop off keys. The Hilton staff did not want to offer much help, as we were residentional guests, not actually Hilton guests. Apart from that, it was an awesome experience."

"The room we stayed in was fine. It could use updated furniture. The cleaning was ok, the carpets need a deep clean and to be vacuumed. Over all it worked for us, and our budget. The location was great walking distance or an easy uber to many places. The pool and hot tub area was very nice. We had a washing machine that didn't work, they gave us a key to use a different room to do some laundry, that room was VERY NICE! And next day we had a new washer installed! We did wish we had a couple more...
