"Great apartment with outdoor space. "

"Our group of 5 had a 15 hour lay-over in Copenhagen on our way home and this hotel worked great for a place to sleep in a location where we could also see a few quick things in the city. Easy access on the metro or train from the airport to Norreport station. "

"We had a nice apartment with a view to the cinema. It looked great. Lots of storage for clothes and bathroom things. Many mirrors and two TVs. Cozy lights in the living room area. Black out blinds everywhere and it was quite quiet. The bed was big and comfortable and there were many pillows. There are sockets everywhere. Friendly staff :) Sadly there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom and there were no towels/cloths/paper towels in the kitchen area. Great stay all in all, would go again!"

"Traveling between Christmas and New Years with three teenage sons, we chose STAY for the space and kitchen and it exceeded our expectations. The flat was clean and well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the showers were perfect. There were two grocery stores very close as well as a lovely bakery and pizza take away. We loved Copenhagen and would absolutely stay here again."

"It would be great to have a printed guidance in room so guests do not need to check online manuals every time. The apartment could provide access to washer and dryer in the Basecamp, at fees in needed."

"The unit itself was clean and comfortable. And for the most part I was pleased. What I didn’t like is that this is an apartment rental. NOT a hotel like the listing leads you to believe. This company must own a few units in a residential apartment building. The day before we arrived I got a text from them confirming I had gotten the email with the instructions on how to get into the apartment. Which I hadn’t gotten as I was on vacation (international) with limited access to my emails. I...

"The contactless check in and out was very convenient. Apartment was more spacious than expected. There were a few things that would have improved the stay such as coat hooks in the entrance hall, a dishwashing cloth to wipe surfaces, another sofa for everyone to relax. Overall a well located apartment for a great city break. Everything within walking distance and a Netto just around the corner. "

"We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."
