"This apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a prime location. The hosts were communicative and check-in was easy. Two caveats for travelers: 1) There's a spiral staircase and no elevator (that we found). It's a large staircase so not hard to climb, but it was a little challenging to carry large luggage up. 2) The beds, bedding and furniture were very comfortable and there is lots of extra bedding, but the apartment is a sparsely appointed and kitchen gear is very limited. "Good location if like us you love to walk. There is a path all along the beach which is right across the street. Good thing grocery is near by because you do need to bring everything, staples like salt and pepper, sugar, laundry detergent. Apartment is quite warm in summer, very insulated."

"I did not get to check in to this property. I arrived in Copenhagen to a message staying that there was no booking , no room. They said they dont work EXPEDIA. Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE NEW ACCOMMODATION AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE. "Property in great location, but major problems with both internal bathroom door and more importantly the door to access the property. We could not unlock the door from the outside, we accessed the property by climbing up and then through an open window. We the nad to leave this window open to get access to the property (a major security risk). Having remotes this below is a copy of the replay I received I am unsure if this can be looked into during your stay. If you need any furtehr assitance...

"It was a good experience overall. Clean and well managed apartment. They provided a comfortable crib. The Kitchen has 5he needed equipments. The only issue is that the apartment is not aound isolated, you can hear your next neighbors and people Infront of the door. The location is perfect, close to bus station and to groceries."
