Our room was on the 19th floor and the view we had was fantastic. Only complaint we had was our heat in our room didn’t work. She was a cool 58 in there. Ran into others in our floor and they also didn’t have heat. Hotel made it right. Staff was incredible.

This hotel needs a serious update. Areas of it had dirty floors and ceiling tiles hanging down. The pool area was in major need of an overhaul and was unclean and the swimming pool wasn’t working. They did give us a 20 percent discount on the room after we complained. The price of 260 a night after tax was was way too high for what they offer.

I really enjoyed the convience of shopping there because the parking was horrible n far from hotel due to agribition time so will not be doing that again was a beautiful view but fan was either to hot or too cold
