It has been meticulously designed with five primary bedrooms, one on the main level. The home is two stories, 3,000 square feet, and comfortably sleeps 12 people with a queen-sleep sofa.
The open floor plan offers a Great Room that opens into dining and sitting areas. The interior finishes include hardwood floors, tiled showers with frameless doors, granite countertops, tile backsplash in the kitchen, a large flat-screen TV in the great room, and an outdoor shower. A gas grill is available for cooking those delicious summer meals. A stay in this home, you are sure to make unforgettable beach memories. Book Today!
LOCATION: Only three blocks to Rehoboth Ave and only three blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Easy walk to all the tax-free shops and restaurants in Rehoboth Beach.
PARKING: Private driveway for two cars. Park and walk everywhere for the rest of the week!
AMENITIES: Gas grill, washer, dryer, central AC, ceiling fans, and outdoor shower.
THINGS TO KNOW: The pool is only available from 05/01-09/30th and can be heated for a $500.00 fee in the off-season. Pool details- 11x20, and the depth is 3-5 feet. Linens are not supplied. Great location
Loved the location…we were able to walk most of the time and used the car only a few times….nice to have a private bath and TV for each bedroom Only complaint was with cleaning service…..socks found under one bed, kitchen floor was not washed, crumbs found on top of bedspread in one of the bedrooms…. Would definitely stay here again!

Well designed interior

Wonderful house to rent for family!
We had a wonderful stay at this property in Rehoboth beach! Great for a large family as there is a bathroom in every room! The pool is also Great. The house had much more than the listing said! Lots of bikes and pool toys and beach chairs! Would definitely rent again. Only thing is the cleaners could have done a better job prior to our stay.

9 of us had the pleasure of staying at this property last week. Location was great - close to the beach and boardwalk. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well-equipped. We didn't make much use of the pool because of the proximity to the beach. My only suggestion would be to add more clothes storage options in the bedrooms (there are no dressers, but plenty of hanging space).

Great house in town
We rented this property for a long weekend with friends and it was lovely. Beds are very comfortable! Every bedroom has a TV and an en suite bathroom which is nice. Kitchen fully stocked. Linens not provided, but they have plenty of paper products and soap at the house. Short walk to all of the great restaurants and shops Rehoboth has to offer. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great family getaway
We lucked out and found this amazing property to stay at with our family. Great location - short walk to the beach and boardwalk, and best of all a private pool in the backyard. It was perfect for us and the kids to enjoy some safe, socially distant time away from home. The house is brand new with modern decor throughout. The showers/tubs are new and designed beautifully. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pans/pots and supplies you would find at home. The kitchen appliances are brand new. The washer and dryer unit are better than mine at home! We wish we could have stayed longer and we hope to return again soon!

Maybe not a winter rental
The house is beautiful and great location. We rented in February, and the house was not ready for renting. We arrived to find the heat not on, water off, and hot water turned off. Garbage and recycling full, with evidence that animals had helped themselves to the trash, and lots of toys left on the floor of the outdoor shower. Unfortunately the rental company only had a number for "extreme emergency" listed, which is not welcoming for someone that needs help on a weekend rental.

Nice house, nice location, and easy process!
My family of 6 adults and 3 kids stayed at this house for a week in June. The house seems to have been recently renovated and all of the appliances were in great working condition. The pool in the backyard was a great feature for the young kids as well. The location is ~1 block from both the main drag and ~2 blocks from the beach, so walking distance from everything in Rehoboth. The house is also really well insulated which eliminated virtually all outside noise. Remax was very easy to deal with and I thought the property was well-priced for what we got. My only negative feedback on the house was that there was no pantry, cabinet, or shelving space for dry foods. Very minor inconvenience, but a bit of a head-scratcher.

Agent communication was clear and concise and received in a timely manner. Check in and check out process were about as straightforward as it could be.
