Nice beach town stay
We enjoyed our stay at the Pines! One of our biggest factors in choosing a place was a full kitchen, and this fit the bill. We cooked once or twice a day each day of our stay. The Pines

CONS: Floor was dirty (sandy, gritty - upon arrival); curtain for the bathroom window was missing (had to use a hand towel to block out anyone from looking in; window was at shower head); lock on the door needs adjusted - you really had to pull hard to make sure the door actually locked; TV remote did not work; no mirror above the bathroom vanity/sink; dust caked on the A/C unit that was right above the bed; also no hand soap was provided? PROS: plenty of towels; laundry detergent (washer and dryer in the room was fantastic for washing sandy/salty beach towels every evening; full fridge; large closet with ample hangers; within walking distance of the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, etc.

Overall review of property
Overall the apartment met our needs. It was quiet, had the amenities we needed and the location was good. The remodel was done very well. There are a few issues that I recommend the owner take care of. Although it was overall clean, the floor under the coffee table was dirty. The comforter on the bed barely covered the mattress. The towel bar in the bathroom will likely fall off with towels on it. The owner should consider cleaning the outside of the building- we tracked dirt all over the place plus sand. Providing a broom / vacuum would be very helpful. Finally, handles on kitchen cupboard and bathroom vanity are needed- it was difficult to open them.

Newly renovated and already filthy!
Great location and nice neighborhood. Is a newly renovated motel that is missing the final touches. There’s no mirror above the bathroom sink however they threw a cheap one over the back of the bathroom door. The closet does not have a bar or any shelving to put clothing. Thankfully, the unit has a washer and dryer that I had to use to wash the bedsheets because they appeared dirty! The floors were filthy and were clearly not swept! I had to buy cleaning products and spend time cleaning even though I’m pretty sure cleaning is a part of the fee I paid!! I even expressed my unpleasant experience with Vacasa (who manages the motel) and all they said was they would let their team know. I would never stay here again or any place Vacasa is managing! Don’t book this property unless you enjoy filth!

Very nice!
The rental was clean and comfortable, I had everything I needed, and the close proximity to Rehoboth's main strip made it easy to walk to the stores and restaurants. I'd still recommend driving or taking the bus if you're going to the beach, but I think the walk is still manageable for most people. Overall, 9.5 out of 10! Great for one or two people.

Great Place for Couple
Perfect studio apartment style location for a couple. Just enough space to move around and or be too crowded. Good location as well as less then a mile walk to the board walk/beach.
