"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen für Leute, die Ruhe suchen. In der 1. Nacht war erst weit nach Mitternacht Ruhe im Haus. Die Musik war bestimmt im gesamten Gebäude zu hören. Beim Frühstück anstehen beim Kaffee, die Bitte, Wasser im Samowar aufzufüllen wurde erst beim2. Mal erfüllt. Alles nicht gerade entspannend."

"+ Very big room with a lot of windows + two mini fridges + very very nice swimming pool + good organized services + very friendly staff - they can some times wash carpets and sofa, they were dirty - food in hotel was very expensive and there was no dining option around"
