The location is perfect for me which is why I keep going there and many aspects of the hotel are good but the room service is poor. When they do it they do not clean or replace used glasses or coffee mugs and do not refresh the tea bags coffee sachets etc. This has been the case every time I've stayed. So much so I brought extra tea bags extra milk and some biscuits of my own. To date I have not spoken with any of the chamber women who speak English so they do not know what I'm asking them to do. I also asked reception to ask housekeeping to bring an additional toilet tissue that never happened so I went into the corridor stopped one of them chamber women and asked her to give me one. Not enough to make me change my mind as the location is unique for me

Had high hopes for the hotel with it being a Hilton and having stayed in several before. Upon arrival check in took much longer than expected. When arriving to our room there was no milk to make a hot drink and we also did not get complementary water like we noticed others were. The room itself we had no issues with aside from the noise from the room next door and also in the hallway around 4am but the room was clean and spacious. Didn’t use the facilities of the restaurant or bar so cannot comment on those.

Comfy bed, pitch dark and very quiet room facing the parking quad. Appreciated the iron, hairdryer, paper (as opposed to digital) room info folder and plentiful toiletries. Friendly staff on arrival and the infamous warm cookie. Let down by stains on the carpet and broken shelf in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the room was very tired - stains on the carpet, old fashioned and very few additions (there were tea & coffee making facilities but only enough for one drink of each, no fresh water and no biscuits which I believe to be a basic requirement - I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t provide these, even Travelodge. The TV offered very limited channels. This is not Hilton standards really) Great location

We reached London at 8 AM. The staff were wonderful enough to allow us to check in early. I chose this location because it’s very close to St Pancras station. About 5 minutes away by car. I’d book this place again the next time we’re in London

Great location near angel tube station and the heart of Islington. The property is in need of a pip. The desk chair in my room was broken, fixtures and carpet worn throughout the property. Non rfid keys. Housekeeping and reception staff were superb. Would stay here again but hope they choose to reinvest the property

Not the best place to stay, I booked for 3 nights and it wasn’t the most pleasant stay. On the first night the electrics went out so when I got up my phone hadn’t a full charge. Then there was the issue with the door/light cards. Sometimes they would work and sometimes they wouldn’t. The room I stayed in also had some sort of door between the room next door, which was weird. The only good about my stay was house keeping would visit every day to tidy the room. The interior was also outdated and could do with modernising.

Wasn’t quite happy with our stay. The bed was hard, the pillows were too soft. My husband woke up with a neck ache as the pillows had no support to them even though we doubled them up. There was no drinking water in the room and the toilet paper was like sand paper. There was a huge queue for breakfast and we were asked how many people in our party at least 5 times by different people…is should have been a bit more organised. Overall it was alright, but missing essential details.
