Just had one encounter with one staff who gave me a hard time a day after we checked in questioning me about all 3 reservations I made which I already detailed in an email to them prior to our arrival. "I can’t recommend Hallstatt Hideaway enough! I arrived early and was able to keep my luggage with staff and checked in later. I had the most beautiful spacious room with a view of the lake that was breathtaking! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing delivered to my room with so many options. Hotel is steps away from the market and main shops and dining. I will definitely stay here again! "

"My family and I stayed here for one night. The room was very very spacious and had a newly renovated vibe. Beds were comfy. The room had a good table and a steam sauna. We couldn’t get the sauna to get super hot but it has potential to be great! Staff was nice too. Breakfast was €6 and I am not sure it was worth €6. It was so so in quality. Overall happy with our stay. "
