"Location isnt too bad but it can be slightly noisy at night time with people coming and going and the doors slamming. Outside noise was quite loud as we had to have the window open due to the temperature of our room. Even with the radiators off and window open the temp went up to 28 degrees in the room which wasnt ideal for our baby trying to sleep. The free parking was helpful and the breakfast was really good. The room itself was spacious and ideal for what we needed. "
"A truly incredible place to stay. Eveything was clean, the area is so safe, and everything was in walking range. So close to the Rainbow Road! I loved staying here."
"The Hotel is amazing! Staff were wonderful. We had a major bus stop outside of the Hotel so it was so convenient for pickups on tours. The Hotel was so centrally located in the city that we walked to everything! The complimentary Breakfast was so appreciated!"
"Everything was amazing during our 5 night stay. The location is perfect to walk to everything you’d need and want. The coolest thing is the “room phone”. They don’t have landlines. Instead, they give you a cell phone with a local number that you can take with you during the entire stay and use it for calls and a hotspot. It was very convenient and a unique perk I’ve never seen"
"This hotel was wonderful! The excellent staff helped us book tours and get taxis. We had a great view of the harbor. The Beer Garden was the best! Great food and a relaxing and comfortable setting. "
"The location was wonderful. We loved being so close to the water and so many places to go on foot. The staff was excellent, room was clean and well-maintained, and the rate was great value for what the hotel offerred. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Iceland. "
"We had a short over night stay. Website says airport transfers available. They we not. Taxi from airport was $35. The light by the sink was not working, and there was major dust under the bed. Speaking of the bed, the mattress was very firm. Breakfast was included, which was self service. All cold items, very basic. I would probably not stay there again"
"We had a great stay in this apartment. It was furnished with everything we needed, and was very comfortable. The staff was good at communicating the information we needed and quick to respond. It’s also very close to the airport so it was the perfect place for our last night in the country."

"Great location! Literally two minute walk from the Rainbow street, shopping, restaurants, etc. clean, cozy place. Breakfast was very nice, plentiful, hot and cold items, oatmeal, fruits, pastries. Staff was welcoming although we wished they helped a little more with parking options, considering Reykjavik has quite unique parking system. We ended up parking in the parking garage Traðarkot, few minutes walk from hotel. Parka app was very helpful. Overall it was a lovely place and a pleasant visit."
