"The house was perfect with plenty of amenities and space for the 6 of us. The house definitely deserves 5 star's, VRBO on the other hand deserves 2 stars for extremely poor communication. "

"Airport shuttle was slow. We mentioned that the jacuzzi was cold the day we arrived. When we left the next morning at 10, it was still cold. They said they didn't have time to change the filter. Went down for breakfast three times and each time found there were no plates or silverware and coffee carafes were empty. They said they had to wash them by hand and brought them out 4 clean plates at a time and then we had to wait again for the food that had run out. I'm not making this up or exaggerating. I've never seen anything like this before."
