The breakfast buffet was in a windowless basement, with a coffee machine that was broken and leaking water all over the floor. The staff was not friendly; they did not explain amenities at check-in, and when asked basic questions, they were unresponsive and curt. "Velingrand: A quiet town that offers nothing besides some taverns/restaurants and small shops.Dont visit if you are looking to have fun. NOT recommended for young people! Hotel: Generally a nice hotel. Staff is professional. However indoor SPA pools are outdated and need to be modernized. Also, there arent many activities to do; They could at least arrange for a walk in the park or music events. Dont go there if you are too active.Go there to isolate from everything"
