"It is a beautiful resort and has plenty activities within. We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. The food was awesome. The villa rooms (with the private pool) are so cosy and chilled out. Everything from checkin to checkout was simply perfect. Liked the politeness of the staff, always willing to help (god bless them all, for staying motivated as they are) !! "Booked 3 rooms. Rooms pretty comfy but the service is amazing especially the door guy in black uniform. He help us to negotiate with the transport for a cheaper price to the ferry terminal. Shout out to the service staff during breakfast service. Super friendly and cheerful lady "

"The most hospitable and kindest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. My family has been there twice and on the most recent trip, my toddler son fell sick. The hotel staff were so thoughtful and caring, sending a nurse to our room and accommodating requests for things like thermometers, ice for a fever pack, specially cooked congee etc. I am beyond grateful for their care and we can’t wait to return so we can enjoy the resort again. I also give top marks for their kids club and babysitters, as well as the quality of family friendly activities such as the free sea sport activities. The food at their Indonesian restaurant Rica Rica was consistently delicious - try their beef rending and satays. The Residence is truly a gem in Bintan!"
