"Nice room sea view facing, but quite basic with amenities for this much spoken of resort. Complimentary mini bar was just 2 cans of soft drinks. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Dinner at the Japanese restaurant Hinotori was very good! "

Got a car to send me to the resort clinic and back within the hour. The security is impressive, and this place is perfect for that peaceful getaway where you do not need to be stressed over small matters."

"1. I mailed them in your app twice. They did not reply. It was indeed stressful for me! 2. They should refine their write up and say that they will pick you up from the Mega Mall which is just beside the Batam Center Ferry. 3. When they sent me back to the ferry terminal for my return trip home, they made a detour to another mall. This caused me to be very late for my ferry and I almost missed it! This stop was not informed to me before hand. Else I would have factored it into my time. 4. This...
