"My sister and I recently stayed at Moon Palace and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, I checked out a day earlier due to some negative interactions with a couple of female staff members, whose attitudes were not up to standard. However, I want to highlight some amazing team members who truly made my stay more enjoyable. A big thank you to the bartenders— Oshane, Shane, Devonte, Travis, Andre and Deomar. They were all fantastic and really went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. I also want to give a special shout-out to Janelle Williams. Her outstanding service made a huge difference, and because of her and the other staff members, I will definitely be returning. I believe with a little attention to improving the overall customer service, this property has the potential to be great for future guests."
