"Host was extremely fast with responses. We stayed at Thanksgiving so it was a little cooler overall. We didn't pay for the pool heat but used the hot tub often. It takes about 30 min to heat and once you get the hang of the tablet controls in the kitchen it's pretty easy. There was enough beds for our party of 10, 6 adults and 4 kids. 2 bunk beds in one room. Neighborhood is very quiet but about 15 min from Palm springs or 20 from Palm desert. "We had a wonderful stay. Due to an incoming storm, we weren’t sure we would make it up the mountain for our reservation. The property owner was helpful and accommodating and provided us with weather and traffic links used by locals, which proved to be extremely helpful.
