"When I was booking this hotel I was baffled why some reviewers rated it excellent and others terrible. Having now been there I understand perfectly. This is an old hotel with lots of character and ambience and great, friendly service. It has a big pool and private beach with lunch restaurant as well as a restaurant and bar in the main building. We loved it. The room was very nice, But if you are looking for all the modern conveniences of a U.S. hotel and 21st century plumbing, you could be disappointed. If mobility is an issue I would stay somewhere else as there are lots of steps. "

"The resort is ver well staffed- there is always someone to assist with anything you need. They make good use of the very tiny beach but once you are in the resort you are a captive audience- nothing close by for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. we had a car but traffic was challenging and you certainly are not going to drive after a few beers 😳"

"What a great set up! 3 restaurants, 2 Bars, 2 Private Beaches, 2 Private pools! Awesome! The management team, went above and beyond for me! They didn’t have to do half of the stuff they did for me. "Great communication with the host. Super clean Outdoor space is very convenient with a roof in case of rain you can still enjoy the outside. Kitchen is very well equipped to cook. Quiet and safe area Lots of space"
