We booked a room for four people but were only given two towel sets, and had to ask the front desk for extra towels. "My family of 5 stayed at this resort for 3 nights in July 2025. Great hospitality started from Jesus and Ivan at reception and continued throughout our stay. There are 2 properties on this location: Secrets (adults) and Dreams (Family). Here are some suggestions: 1- If you are all adults (18+) stay on the Secrets side of the resort. You'd still have access to everything on Dreams but access to better restaurants. 2- Upgrade your stay to VIP (Preferred Member) level so that you get access to all restaurants and private lounges with better drinks. 3- If you are on the dreams side, please note that there's construction on the lot next door which might have some noises/smells associated with it. Otherwise, sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay. "
