"This is a great place to stay with family in Leysin. You can walk to the town, the gondola and restaurants. The chalet room Is very convenient, good looking, comfortable beds and bedding. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are wonderful. Dining room area is great, very Swiss looking with good breakfast and dinner buffet. A lot of healthy options and variety for adults and kids. "Lovely little hotel with wooden structure. The staff provided excellent hospitality. I was in rush to the train station to catch the hourly train back to Montreux but could only reached the hotel to retrieve my luggage 10 min before the train departure. The staff offered an exceptional drive for me so that I could catch the train. That gave me an excellent first impression of the Swiss!"

So, we experienced some of the service issues that one can naturally expect when a new management is arriving. Nevertheless the staff was excellent and predisposed to overcome all those difficulties.
