"It was a great stay for a group of 5. The place was very clean when we arrived and didn’t have a problem with parking. The front desk staff was always attentive and helpful when we had questions the area is very walkable and safe. It is by a railroad so it gets loud every so often with the train passing by. It was also nice to have a rooftop hot tub to hang out in."

"A great place to stay for visiting RM National Park. Only minutes from Estes Park, as well as to the major east side entrances to the Park. Our unit was very well equipped, spacious. Would gladly stay there again!"

"Cozy, comfy and conveniently located. Just a 5 minute walk to Lionshead gondola. Perfect for a couple. Had everything we needed to prepare basic meals. Bed was comfy, living area furniture too. Some reviews mentioned the accomodation was dated but I didn’t notice. It was fine for a few days stay. Anything longer I might opt for a larger apartment. Overall enjoyed our stay and recommend."

"We were put into a loft room which I originally did not book due to mobility issues. I have difficulty going up and down stairs so this was concerning. The desk clerk managed to switch us to a one level room in one of the other buildings which was appreciated since there were no vacant rooms left in the current building. "

"We had a great weekend getaway with friends at Sawmill Creek at the end of the ski season. It would be nice if the cancellation terms were a little more flexible (non refundable starting 2 weeks prior) but it was a great deal with nice space and amenities. It’s a great location with an easy walk to the gondola @ 10 min with ski gear and Main Street. We look forward to staying there again."
