"When we walked in the hotel it was all decorated beautifully for Christmas. The Staff was amazingly happy and kind and so eager to help. They were so helpful with anything we needed and happy to help with any suggestions. The rooms are wonderfully decorated. I was only disappointed we didn’t have time to stay in our room and hotel more often. We even got a sprinkling of snow when we left. We were there for a funeral for an Uncle and it couldn’t have been a better choice for to stay at a difficult time. Thanks so much to all who were there and made our stay so wonderful!"

"The Moose is our favorite place to stay in Banff. Everything is always perfect. From the bed and pillows to the soap in the shower! Stunning property! The best is the rooftop hottub and fire pit with beautiful views!"

"Excellent on nearly every front. Two factors less than excellent- reception staff efficient but not as friendly or as informative as they could have been. And real shame only one lift working on last two days there."

"When we had chrcked in we were in a room on the lower level. Requested second floor room and the lady at the front found one. Also celebrating best friends 55 Birthday and she gave us a bottle of champagne on the house to celebrat. Thank you"
