"We had to leave Tampa due to severe weather and took our son back to Tusculum University. The place was perfect for us and only 40 minutes away from Tusculum. The owner was very kind and special. Our dog Princesa loved Beau, the neighbor's dog. We will definitely be back if we get a chance."

"Remote, secluded, quiet, well-equipped, comfortable, rustic... creative use of a former tobacco barn has everything you need to relax in setting that is both beautiful and serene. I wish I had stayed long enough and in a better season to make use of the nearby opportunities to enjoy the nature and scenery that surrounds. The deck overlooks and provides access to a deep bend of the placid Nolichucky river just down the hill. Shop and dine before you leave town... Greeneville is about 30 minutes...

"We visited in November and this home was perfect for our family of 10! Adorably decorated for Fall! Open floor plan in kitchen/dining room, hallway, and downstairs bath/bedrooms was very accessible for one family member in a wheelchair! They even provided snacks which the the kids and adults enjoyed! Plenty of pillows, blankets, games and even fishing poles if you wanted to fish in the beautiful ponds! "We enjoyed having the pool which was clean just needed a hand railing to enter, which the owner said he'd find out what happened to it. Enjoyed having the lake even though the gnats were bad near this end of it, it was great to kayak on. House was plenty big n had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. While restaurants n other things to do were further away we enjoyed the location. Thanks for a lovely stay for the week"

"Cabin had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The cabin is definitely older construction, but it has been beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable, and the small desk was super helpful for homework/work while visiting family. We also really appreciated the washer/dryer. The location gives the country feel - it took us about 30 minutes to travel to Fall Branch. Overall excellent experience!"

"Great home in interesting neighborhood. Huge local park and friendly neighbors on lots of front porches. Stayed over 1 night on our way to DC. I haven't communicated with the owner on any of this, as nothing was critical enough to warrant calling them at the time. So I'm sure it's already been corrected. There were 8 of us and we had to get creative with the beds. An air mattress would have been helpful for large groups. The refrigerator did not work but the freezer did which was good for...
