Located in Rogoznica this villa has most amazing sea view from its terraces. Isolated from the village villa offers absolute peace and privacy.
Newly build stone house is a mixture of tradition and modern design providing our guests all the comfort of modern life.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a nicely decorated and spacious living room. This stone villa can accommodate up to 6 guests across three beautifully decorated bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. In total, the villa has 3 en-suite bathrooms and one toilet.
The exterior of the Villa extends over 600 m2 and features a private swimming pool and a place for relaxation, where guests can relax and enjoy the Dalmatian sun. Darts are available for fun, while children can play at the children's playground.


Located in the middle of Dalmatia, only few minutes from great beach and on the other sice beautiful countryside with its unique rolling hills and olive groves. This perfect location offers so many opportunities to discover the beauties of Dalmatia. Since it is located only a short drive from amazing cities Primošten, Šibenik, Trogir and little further Split all know for its rich historical and cultural heritage. For nature lovers we highlyrecommend visiting the Nature Parks Krka and Kornati.

Amazing villa
Our stay here was truly lovely, the villa has everything you could need, well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge area and beautiful pool. Air con was welcome as it was 35 plus for our stay. Will need a car though only 5mins from good supermarket, and town of Rogoznica which has a lovely walk along a harbour area with lots of restaurants. The owner was easy to contact via whatsapp to arrange check in, then left us in privacy and was easy to contact to arrange check out at our convenience based on our flight times. Would recommend.

Just glorious!!!
The villa itself is wonderful, with every facility that might be needed. With very short drive down to great beaches. Details on the website are accurate and villa is very clean and fully equiped. The owners were very helpful and on hand to help book restaurants, organize trips or arrange a cook. Highly recommended.
