Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Thr area was well connected to public transit and lots of walkable locations for quick shopping and food. The doors for other guests and entering the hotel are quite loud which woke us up. If I add any constructive feedback for the owner it would be to work on that issue. It is an apartment style room and was more than spacious for my son and I who were travelling. It was extremely clean and well-maintained! There is a small grocery store across the street and new stand and a pharmacy, so essentials are close by It is just a short ride by cab/taxi to the Trevi fountain, Vatican, etc. Andrea was extremely easy and pleasant to deal with, very quick in responding Marco was also very pleasant Would definitely stay here again when visiting Rome/Prati.
