From the welcome at our Uber, immediate help with our luggage to the front desk. Impeccable service. Our experience was 5 star by all the staff !! Our stay was just one day. They were very accommodating by allowing us to check in early. Room was great, size a little tight but we were traveling with alot of luggage. Bed was very comfortable, shower/bath excellent. Toiletries scents were beautiful. Dinner was 5 star, again the service & attention to detail was outstanding. Very hospitable & everyone was very pleasant to speak to. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely a come back to hotel! Thank you for making our 1st time & night in Rome a memorable one!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was knowledgeable, kind and delightful to work with. The food offerings were wonderful and the views from the restaurants divine. The location cannot be beat – you are central to everything you want to see in walking distance. Overall, this was just one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back! Had an amazing stay at Singer Palace. From the second we walked in they pampered and spoiled us with everything we wanted and more! We looked forward to a delicious breakfast every morning on the terrace. Honestly was one of my favorite moments of the trip. It’s also a nice quiet retreat from the crowds outside as it is greatly located walking distance from Trevi, the Pantheon and the Colusseum. Highly recommend!
