We had a wonderful stay! It was so close to St. Peter’s, we could hear the church service from our open window. The rooms were super clean, and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was amazing, and the gentlemen serving were so kind. We will definitely be back!

I like one one of the customerr service Amir. He his helpful but serves only certain hours. It is hard to reach them when you first arrive call them where is your hotel on a different door

Liked having a kettle and a fridge in the room Quiet area Has an elevator Bed was comfortable and bedding was good Did not like having two locked entrance doors before getting into our room. One was very tricky to unlock. Only 1 bath towel provided for 2 people. Regular towels ok. The heater didnt work. Room was chilly during the night. No coffee, sugar, creamer in the room at check in, we had to go to the office and get some the following day.

Great stay

Wonderful stay. Hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the connecting rooms for our larger family of 5. The Prati area east of the Vatican was convenient and walkable to most sights. (we stayed for early morning tickets to Vatican and it was less than a 10 minute walk). Hotel was very accommodating. Loved the extra tall front door!

The flat was perfect for my family and I. Also loved the location. We were less than 10 mins away (walking distance) from the Vatican. The staff was nice and always responsive . Highly recommend

Poor experience at check-in. We were made to wait for over an hour for staff to show up. The bathroom had large black mold spots where you would hang your towels. The hand held showerhead was clogged and sprayed in many directions. The toilet would run after flushing and you had yo double flush for it to stop. The double bed was lumpy and the towels provided had hair on them.

Towels, bedsheets and blanket wasn’t clean when we arrived and hotelroom was very noisy. Probably because we were next to the ”kitchen” but we could hear things from the next rooms and halls. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good for our needs. Location was very good.

A nice modern place to stay with a very accommodating personnel. Just a stone throw away from Vatican. Metro station and bus stop are just around the corner. I will book my accommodation again here on my next visit in Rome.
