"This Inn is my favorite place to stay on the St Clair River on our boat-watching trips. The property and rooms are immaculate and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The balcony off our room allowed for a great view of the river and freighter traffic. It’s a very short walk to lots of great dining and shopping options and the little parks along the river are just across the street. We will definitely stay here again! "

"This spot is excellent for viewing frieghters!! In 3 nights we experienced close to thirty. Our weather was in the mid 60's, which made for misty October over-nights. The Freighters sounded their fog-horns during the night when they passed. It was 'spooky-fun'! Being close to town, we walked to our favorite food and shopping places. We will stay here again."

"Betty was there to greet us. She helped us several times to find things. My brother and I are older, so this is our perspective. Greeted with muffins, plenty of coffee and a bottle of wine. Never once did we stub our toes thanks to the night lights. We celebrated the walk-in shower. Beds were comfortable and rooms far apart, so we never were disturbed by each other. "We were in St Clair michigan for a family reunion and this was the best stay ever thanks to the marvelous location. It is right across the street from the mall and a short walk to the gorgeous river boardwalk!! It was brand new clean with big space and huge couch - more than enough room for the three of us.
