Each room has a video doorbell. "This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency...
