"Rob is a great host, he is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and provided fabulous communication. The house is shared but our area was private. The house is as presented in the photos. The garden is really lovely. We were there on a cold, rainy Victorian winter weekend and were very comfortable. The house has all the amenities that we needed for our stay. It is in a very quiet location."

"We had a lovely stay at Janette’s apartment, whilst visiting for Harry Potter. The apartment was exactly as listed, spotless & had everything we needed. Check in process was easy & smooth sailing. We were lucky enough to get early checkin & late check out which we appreciated. The location was amazing, walking distance to beach, restaurants & main attractions at Rosebud. "Floors were filthy. Half the jets in the spa didn't work. Was told 2 days before check in there were no towels, pillow cases or sheets. Not enough toilet paper. Board games unplayable and missing pieces. Otherwise large and pretty house"
