"Rob is a great host, he is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and provided fabulous communication. The house is shared but our area was private. The house is as presented in the photos. The garden is really lovely. We were there on a cold, rainy Victorian winter weekend and were very comfortable. The house has all the amenities that we needed for our stay. It is in a very quiet location."

"We had a lovely stay at Janette’s apartment, whilst visiting for Harry Potter. The apartment was exactly as listed, spotless & had everything we needed. Check in process was easy & smooth sailing. We were lucky enough to get early checkin & late check out which we appreciated. The location was amazing, walking distance to beach, restaurants & main attractions at Rosebud. Would highly recommend & stay again when visiting the area. Thank you Janette."

"We enjoyed our stay. Though, the first two nights we had difficulty sleeping because one of the smoke alarms on a high ceiling was beeping and needed a battery change, which we couldn’t reach unfortunately. But the hosts were able to come down and fix it for us - they were very pleasant to talk to and apologetic. They were quick to respond to any of our questions in text too. The area is great, a short walk to Rosebud plaza and Rosebud beach which we took advantage of."

"We took our family including children and grandchildren with us to Rosebud. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Plenty to do at the house when the weather was rainy. It was really wonderful. PS (one negative issue which I'm sure the owners will fix is that there was a serious ant problem in the downstairs bedrooms, bathroom and the kitchen)"
