Was prompt in getting back on the AC/Heat issue we had. The issue began the day before we left so I’m sure it was addressed the next day."

"Overall, this was the ideal stay for our short two night stay. The host was able to give us early access into the condo which we were thrilled about because we wanted to hurry to the beach. Sadly, we noticed that there was only one beach access wristband in the condo. The property manager was able to get us a second one on the same day but it delayed our time on getting to the beach. "Wonderful place. Right between Rosemary and Alys, and the pool is wonderful, especially in the evening. Everything you need and nothing you don't. We had some issues during our stay, but the owner was conscientious, very communicative, and made it right. Would highly recommend this place. Have stayed in many condos in this building (including this one, before its renovation), and this is our new favorite. "
