If you come after 6pm, there is no one at the reception to greet you. An email will come in German and no English translation explaining how to get your key. "I arrived at 7 am and the hotel accommodated my very early checkin. Room was perfectly clean and very spacious. Perfectly quiet and I was undisturbed during my whole stay. Multiple balconies was a nice bonus. Location is good. Right near the middle of town. The town itself is perfect for an escape from the big city. I stayed one night passing through Frankfurt and would certainly choose this hotel again rather than staying in the city. Barbel was very friendly and helpful at checkout. "
