"I thought my experience was a 5.7/10. It was definitely great service! Including our cookies we got at check in. Apparently they were the first cookies to be baked in space. The few things that were disappointing were the whirlpool was outdated. Took a while to fill because the drain didn’t fully suction to the bottom. The spout and handles were so loose and weird as well. It just definitely needs replacing. Which is the whole purpose of that room… the whirlpool. The floor/carpet looked pretty...
